Ingredients for the dough:
80 ml lukewarm milk
10 g fresh yeast
330 g flour type 405
1 tablespoon sugar
½ teaspoon salt
110 g lukewarm cream
1 egg size M (room temperature)
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
For the filling:
5 scoops of Rocher
Instructions
In a small bowl, pour the lukewarm milk and crumble in the yeast, stir and let stand for 10 minutes.
Put the flour, sugar, salt, cream and yeast-milk mix into a food processor with a dough hook. Knead everything for about 10 minutes.
Divide the dough into two parts and knead one half with the cocoa powder.
