3. Beat the cream with the cream stiffener and remaining sugar until stiff. Spread 2/3 of it on the cooled cake. Refrigerate. Put the remaining cream in a piping bag and pipe dots all around. Pour the remaining eggnog into the middle and spread carefully. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
