With this cake you will forget all kinds of cakes. Tasty and simple recipe.

Cut 2 apples into small cubes, then cook them with 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and 40g of sugar over medium heat for 10 minutes.

In a saucepan, mix 1 egg with a pinch of salt, 8g of vanilla sugar and 80g of sugar. Add 400ml of milk and 80g of cornstarch. Thicken over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Add 180ml of cream, 120g of cream cheese. Optionally add 50g of flaked almonds. Pour this mixture into the prepared mold.

Bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for about 60 minutes. Let the cake cool completely before dusting with icing sugar (if desired).
