Winter Apple and Orange Cake

Preparation of the mixture: In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar until creamy and fluffy. Add the cooled melted butter, yogurt, orange juice and zest, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Mix well.

Incorporating the dry ingredients: Gradually incorporate the flour sifted with the baking powder.
Adding the apples: Cut the apples into small pieces and add them to the mixture.

Preparation of the mold: Line, butter and flour a 22 cm diameter mold. Pour the mixture into it.
Cooking: Preheat the oven to 180°C in static mode. Bake the cake for 40 to 45 minutes.
Finishing: Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool. Dust with icing sugar before serving.

Advice :

Check the cooking of the cake with the tip of a knife, it should come out dry.
Allow the cake to cool completely before unmolding to prevent it from breaking.
