Cheesecake with white chocolate incredibly light, creamy and sweet. Perfect for various occasions, holidays or birthdays.
We use good quality cottage cheese for the cheese mass and grind it ourselves or use cottage cheese already ground from a bucket. We also add good quality white chocolate, which will incredibly enhance the taste of the cheesecake.
The base can be made of biscuits, cereal cookies, spice cookies or shortcrust pastry.
The cheesecake recipe is very simple with just a few ingredients and the taste is wonderful.
