When I don’t have time, I bake this cake! It’s so delicious that I bake it three times a week

Ingredients

100 grams of water, 100 grams of milk.
a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar.
80g butter.

Put on fire until the oil melts.
130 grams of flour.
Mix so that there are no lumps.
To light a fire.

Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Pour into a bowl and chill.
3 eggs.
Mix.

When the dough has cooled, add it little by little.
A pulling dough should emerge from the spatula.
Distribute evenly over the mold.

Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes.
Cooling down.
2 eggs.
150g sugar.
