Vanilla millefeuille: the delicious and easy-to-prepare cake

Preparation:

Cream: Heat the milk with the vanilla. Separately, mix the egg yolks with the sugar and starch. Then add the milk, mix and allow to thicken on the heat.

Finally, add the butter and leave to rest.
Roll out the puff pastry, divide it into 3 rectangles and poke holes in them with a fork. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°.

Glaze: Mix egg whites with powdered sugar and lemon juice.
Decorate one of the puff pastry rectangles with icing and melted chocolate.
Assemble the millefeuille and enjoy.
