Unicorn Rice Krispy Cheesecake

Ingredients:

For the ground:

1/2 piece of butter
1 Beutel Mini-Marshmallows (ca. 280 g)
6 cups Rice Krispy cereal

For the cheesecake:
4 packs (200 g each) soft cream cheese (800 g in total)
2 cans (397 g each) condensed milk (total 794 g)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
Food coloring in different colors
Sprinkles for decoration
Optional: Homemade buttercream for garnishing
