ULTRA SOFT YOGURT CAKE

1 sachet Vanilla sugar
1 Pot of peanut oil
1 Vanilla pod
20g Butter for the mold

Preparation steps:

1- Preheat the oven th. 6 (180°C). Butter a springform pan.

2- Pour the yogurt into a salad bowl. Wash and dry the pot that will serve as a dispenser. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds using a knife.

3- Whisk the whole eggs with the sugar and add them to the yogurt and mix. Then pour in the flour, yeast, vanilla seeds, vanilla sugar, oil and mix well to obtain a smooth and homogeneous dough.

4- Pour the dough into the mold. Bake for 30 minutes. Leave to cool on the oven rack, then unmold. Serve cold.
