How to bake two-colored sweet buns
Step 1
Pour the milk into a small bowl, add the yeast and stir until the yeast dissolves. Step 2
Put the bread flour, sugar and vanilla sugar in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Step 3
Pour in the prepared yeast, seed oil and eggs and stir until well combined. Step 4
When the dough begins to form, knead it with your hands until smooth. Divide the dough in half. Step 5
Flatten one half of the dough with your hands and add the cocoa powder. Knead the dough until the cocoa powder is well absorbed and the dough is smooth. Step 6
Place both doughs on the baking tray lined with baking paper, cover with a cloth and leave to rise for 2 hours. Step 7
After the dough has risen, divide both doughs into 3 equal parts. Step 8

Place the white dough on the work surface, brush with oil and cover with chocolate. Place the white dough on top, brush with oil and sprinkle with sugar. Repeat the process with the other rolled out doughs. Step 10
Once all the pieces are assembled, roll them out again with a rolling pin to make them firmer. Divide the dough in half vertically and then divide each half into 7 equal parts. Step 11
Flatten each bun with a rolling pin and roll it up into a bun. Step 12
Place the rolls on the baking tray lined with baking paper,
cover them with a cloth and let them rise for 2 hours or until they have doubled in volume. Step 13
Brush each bun with milk, place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 180 °C. Step 14
Decorate the rolls with powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy!
