TUTTI FRUTTI: Quick no-bake cake, creamy and very easy to make

Ingredients

Phil
– 8 dcl of milk
– 8 tablespoons of flour
– 8 pcs of eggs
– 4 tablespoons of sugar
– 1 vanilla
– 20 dkg of margarine
– 10 dkg of cooking chocolate
– 5 tablespoons of fine sugar
– 0.5 kg of petit biscuits

Preparation

Separate the yolks from the whites. Put the milk to boil, but separate 2 dcl. Put sugar in the egg yolks and beat with a mixer, then add vanilla and flour and continue to beat with a mixer, then slowly add milk (2 dcl that we separated).

Boil in the remaining milk so that there are no lumps, we can help ourselves with a mixer. Put it to cool, you can also put it in cold water, but we have to stir it a few times so that there are no lumps (and I do this with a mixer).

In the meantime, make margarine foam with fine sugar and melt the chocolate. When the filling has cooled down, beat the margarine and use the mixer a little more to make the cream foamy.

Arrange the biscuits on the tray (I arranged 14 biscuits in each row, i.e. 27, so three rows) and cover the biscuits with brewed coffee. Separate a couple of spoonfuls of the filling for the top and divide the rest into two parts, one remains yellow and the other we add melted chocolate.
