INGREDIENTS
6 boneless salmon fillets
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 shallots, chopped
4 cloves of garlic, minced and 2 whole in their skins
250 gr whole cherry tomatoes
6 chopped sundried tomatoes
1 bowl of spinach shoots or spinach leaves
400 ml of whole liquid cream
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Fresh basil leaves
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Basil leaves for garnish
Salt pepper
