Turn-around cake

Ingredients

110 g butter , soft, in pieces
100 g sugar
20 g vanilla sugar
110 g flour

2 eggs size M
11 g baking powder
380 g quark 20% fat
80 g sugar

110 g butter , soft, in pieces
2 eggs size M
30 g vanilla pudding powder
30 g lemon juice
Icing sugar for dusting

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.
Grease a round springform pan with a diameter of 22 cm to ensure that the cake can be easily removed from the pan later.
