Tuna and Potato Casserole with Mozzarella

Ingredients:

1 kg (6 medium) potatoes
1 onion
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
2 cloves garlic
2 cans (160g each) tuna
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 egg
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp butter
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
100g mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Prepare the Ingredients:

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
Finely chop the onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and garlic.
Drain the cans of tuna.
Cook the Potatoes:

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the diced potatoes and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the Vegetables:

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are soft and the onion is translucent, about 5-7 minutes.
