TOFFIK – CAKE WITHOUT BAKING

I had a 21×24 cm mold. I lined it with baking paper and placed the first layer of biscuits.
I put half a can of kajmak mass on the biscuits. I had vanilla-flavored kajmak mass, but you can also use other flavors.
I put a layer of biscuits on top of the kajmak mass.

I made the pudding mass
In a pot, I boiled 500 ml of milk with butter and the remaining part of the kajmak mass.
I mixed the puddings in the remaining 200 ml of milk.
I poured the puddings into the boiling milk in a thin stream. I mixed everything with a kitchen whisk until all lumps disappeared.
I poured the hot mixture onto the biscuits. I placed another portion of biscuits onto this hot mass.

I made the icing
I broke the chocolate and put it in a pot and added the cream. I heated everything until the chocolate melted completely. I poured the icing on the last layer of biscuits.
I sprinkled the whole thing with chopped archaid nuts.
I left it to cool and then put it in the fridge. For me it was all night long.
