Three-Chocolate Cheesecake: the delicious dessert to try

Preparation:

1. Base: Mix the biscuits and mix with the melted butter. Press the mixture into a mold and leave it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

2. First layer: Soak the gelatine for 10 minutes. Then mix the butter separately with the sugar, the melted dark chocolate, the cream and the dissolved gelatine. Spread the mixture over the base and leave to rest in the freezer for 30 minutes.
3. Do the same with the milk chocolate and white chocolate layers.
4. Decorate with chocolate shavings and serve
