HOW IS IT PREPARED?

Beat 5 egg whites with 5 spoons of sugar, then add 5 egg yolks, 5 spoons of flour, 2 spoons of cocoa and baking powder.
Grease the tray and bake the crust.
After baking, pour over it the cooked syrup of 250 g of sugar, 500 ml of water and add vanilla sugar. Leave to cool in the tin.
Preparation of the filling:
In a saucepan, boil white cream from 0.5 l of milk, 5 spoons of flour, 100 g of sugar and 1 vanilla sugar. When it cools down, add 250 g of butter mixed with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar.
Pour the white filling over the crust. Pour melted 3 bars of chocolate with a little butter over the filling.
