PREPARATION:
Mix the mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl to make a creamy mixture.
Add eggs and mix.
Add the sweet cream and mix, at the end add the flour and mix all the ingredients evenly.
Pour the mixture into a mold (20 cm) lined with baking paper.
Bake for 45 minutes. 220 degrees.
After baking, if the cake is still liquid, you can put it in the refrigerator overnight.
Serve alone or topped with honey, jam or chocolate melted in sweet cream.
