San Sebastian cheesecake was accidentally made by a student at La Vina bar in Spain. The student accidentally put the cake in the wrong oven and the cake turned darker, like it was burnt, but the inside was still creamy.
They put it on the bar as their new cake and the guests were delighted, so since then it has become a real sensation.

75 g brown sugar
1 vanilla sugar
4 eggs
400 ml sweet cream
20 g flour
