This cake is simply perfect. No oven

900 g Greek yogurt.
10 g vanilla sugar.
150g powdered sugar.
200 ml cream 33% fat.
50g powdered sugar.

Melt the gelatin and add a few tablespoons of cream and pour into the total mass.
Assemble pancakes with berries and cream.
Pour in cream and top with crepes.
Place in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours, preferably overnight.
