THE MOST DELICIOUS CHOCOLATE CAKE IN THE WORLD

INGREDIENTS

Do you weigh more than 80 kg? You will reach 56 kg! Write down the recipe
3 dl of sugar
5 dl of Podravka durum wheat flour
2 tablespoons of dark cocoa powder
2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar Dolcela
1 teaspoon of Dolcela baking soda
2 eggs
2 dl of thick yogurt (if you can find it)
2.25 dl of milk
150 g of melted butter
2 dl of full-fat sweet cream (approx. 30% fat)
400g of good quality dark chocolate (at least 50% cocoa, preferably 70%)
100g of butter

Preparation

crust
(24 cm)
3 dl sugar
5 dl flour
2 tablespoons dark cocoa
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
Mix everything together.
2 eggs
2 dl thick yogurt (much better than yogurt if you find “quark”)
2.25 dcl milk
Mix.
150g of melted butter (you can use oil or margarine, but butter is tastier)
Now mix all the ingredients and pour into a cake mold with a diameter of 24 cm.
Place in a heated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about an hour. Pierce the center with a toothpick to see if it’s done.
