Since I love chocolate cakes, I often make them and I’m sharing this cake with you because it’s currently my favorite chocolate cake. Juicy, soft, very tasty, and the taste of chocolate really stands out.
Ingredients:
– 280 g of soft flour type 400
– 40 g of cocoa
– 130 g of sugar
– 1.5 spoons of vinegar
– 2 teaspoons of baking soda
– a pinch of salt
– 1 bag of aniline sugar
– 100 ml of oil
– 320 ml of hot water
Optional: 1 teaspoon Nes or some instant coffee as desired
For the ganache:
– 100 g of cooking chocolate
