1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces

– 2 apples, cored and diced into small pieces

– 1/2 cup brown sugar

– 1/2 cup apple cider (or apple juice)

– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– Salt and pepper to taste
