Prepare the pan: Use a rectangular pan approximately 20 x 15 cm. This will be your dessert plate.

Fruit layer: Slice the strawberries and drain the peach slices. Arrange them on the cake base as a layer of fruit.

Assembly: Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the fruit layer. Crumble and sprinkle the remaining crackers on top, then top with the remaining cream cheese mixture. Garnish with shredded coconut to add extra flavor and texture.
Cool: Put the dessert in the fridge. Let it rest for 10 minutes before adding the final layer of biscuits and coconut. Return to the fridge and chill for at least 2 hours to set completely.
To serve: When set, cut the dessert into cubes. Enjoy the delicious combination of creamy texture, fruity taste and crunchy cookie.
