Preparation
Put milk, semolina and sugar in a suitable pan and mix. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens and comes to a boil.
Add butter and vanillin and mix.
Place the dessert in a glass container filled with water. When it reaches room temperature, leave it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
For the ingredients, add cream and milk to a mixing bowl and mix with a mixer until a thick mixture is obtained. Pour over our cooled dessert and smooth with a spatula.
At the end, sprinkle with cocoa.
