Ingredients
for 1 casserole dish (approx. 25 x 20 cm)
for the cream
100 g white chocolate
250 g mascarpone
250 g ricotta
250 g natural yoghurt
85 g sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
plus
600g Vinschgau strawberries
2 tbsp lemon juice
approx. 150 g butter biscuits
white chocolate chips for decoration
Preparation
For the tiramisu with strawberries and white chocolate, chop the white chocolate and set aside. In a bowl, mix the mascarpone with the ricotta until creamy.
