THE BEST STRAWBERRY CAKE IN THE WORLD

Preparation

Heat the oven to 175°C. Line the bottom of a round mold with baking paper, and grease the sides with butter and sprinkle with flour.

In a bowl, sift all the dry ingredients to avoid lumps. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder and cocoa until the ingredients are combined. Add chopped dark chocolate and softened butter, then stir briefly. Be careful not to knead for too long so that the biscuit is not tough.
Put the mixture in the prepared mold and bake for 35-40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the biscuit comes out dry. Cool the biscuit on a wire rack.

Place the cooled biscuit on the serving plate and tighten the ring around it. Pour hot milk over it and then add halved strawberries.
For the fromage, first soften the gelatin in cold water. Melt white chocolate with sweet cream, add softened gelatin and lemon juice. Cool the mixture, then stir in the whipped cream.
