THE BEST CHERRY CAKE WITH CUP MEASUREMENTS

Ingredients

2 vanilla sugar
250 g margarine
500 g strawberries
3 whipped cream

Preparation

1.
Beat egg whites with sugar and add flour. Mix lightly, and pour into a tray lined with baking paper to bake for 20 minutes at 180 C. Cool the biscuit, peel off the paper and pour hot milk over it.

Beat egg yolks with sugar, add flour and 1 dl of milk and mix well. Boil the remaining milk together with the vanilla sugar, then add the prepared egg yolks and make a pudding. Add margarine to the lukewarm cream and beat well.
3.
Make whipped cream according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
4.
Arrange the crust, cream, press the strawberries tightly into the cream, and finally the whipped cream
