Ingredients
2 Yogurt
2 yogurt cups flour
2 yogurt cups sugar
1 yogurt glass of oil
1 baking powder
2 eggs
powdered sugar for sprinkling
if you want to add cherries, I put one cherry compote D
Preparation
Mix the mentioned ingredients well, pour into a greased and floured pan and bake at 200*c, I didn’t measure the time, but it’s already roughly visible or checked. When the cake is baked and cooled, sprinkle it with powdered sugar. (if desired, you can add cherries, it is delicious both without and with fruit)
