3 g salt
2 eggs
1 tsp orange blossom water

3 egg yolks
60 g sugar
25 g corn starch
1 tsp vanilla
20 g butter
180 g whipped cream
For the syrup:
80 g water
40 g sugar
2 tbsp orange blossom water
