Tart sa malinama and Dulce de leche

Required ingredients:

Base:
▫ 300 g ground biscuit
▫ 50 g crushed biscuit
▫ 70 g roasted ground hazelnuts
▫ 100 g butter (room temperature)
▫ 50 g powdered sugar
▫ 2 bags Dr. Oetker vanilla sugar
▫ approx. 120 ml of orange juice

Dulce de leche cream:
▫ 300 g Mascarpone cheese
▫ 250 ml sweet cream (vegetable, cold)
▫ 200 g Dulce de leche (sweet caramel
milk cream)
▫ 2 bags Dr. Oetker Finesse Bourbon
vanilla flavor

Jelly with raspberries:
▫ 350 g of raspberries
▫ 100 g of sugar
▫ 1 bag Dr. Oetker topping for cakes
(red)
▫ 2-3 tablespoons of water

Decoration:
▫ raspberries
▫ mint leaves
▫ elderflowers

Making of:

Prepare a deep tart mold d=22 cm and line it with transparent foil to make it easier to remove the biscuit base.
