Tangerines – plucked cake

Ingredients

For the dough:
425 g flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
200 g sugar
2 packs vanilla sugar
3 tsp baking powder
2 egg(s)
250 g margarine

For the filling:
250 g butter, (sweet cream)
1 kg curd, low-fat
250 g sugar
2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
4 egg(s)

For the topping:
2 cans of tangerines, drained

preparation

To make the dough, mix flour with cocoa, baking powder, sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add eggs and margarine and knead into a smooth dough. Refrigerate.

Knead the dough briefly again. Place 2/3 of the dough on a greased baking tray.
