Ingredients

for the dough:

100 g sugar
80 g wheat flour
20 g cornstarch
2 tsp baking powder
For the filling:
100 gStrawberry jam
400 gCream
4 tspCream stiffener
350 gStrawberries
2 tbspSugar
Aside from that:
some icing sugar (for dusting)
