Sweet Cheese Donuts (baked in a pan) – Sweet and flavorful donuts (really delicious and delicate!)

preparation:

For the dough, we dissolve the yeast in a little warm milk, adding a little sugar and a little flour. Let it activate. Sift the remaining flour into a bowl. Add the salt, the egg, the remaining sugar and the yeast mixture. Knead a homogeneous and smooth dough, adding the butter and milk gradually.
We transfer the dough to the work surface sprinkled with a little flour. Knead a little, form a stick and divide the dough into 8 equal parts. We form 8 balls that we cover with a kitchen towel and let them rise for 20-30 minutes.
We take the first piece of dough and roll it either by hand or with a rolling pin into a round shape with higher and thicker edges. Transfer to a tray lined with baking paper and brush with beaten egg.
For the filling, mix all the necessary ingredients until homogenized. We fill the donuts with this filling and leave them to rise in the tray for a few minutes.

Put the tray in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
