350 g of flour
80 g of melted butter
50 g powdered sugar
20 g fresh yeast or 6 g instant yeast

100-150 ml warm milk
1 large egg
1 pinch of salt
1 egg for greasing

250 g cottage cheese
60 g of sugar
60 g semolina, approximately

1 tablespoon cream
1 egg
1 packet of vanilla sugar
Grated lemon peel
Raisins – optional
