Ingredients needed for the dough (we use ingredients at room temperature):

300 ml warm milk
4 spoons of sugar
1 teaspoon grated salt

7 g dry yeast or 22 g fresh yeast
40 ml of oil
40 g of butter
1 egg
550-600 g of flour

Ingredients needed for the filling:

3 apples
30 g of butter
30 g of sugar
Cinnamon to taste – optional

Ingredients needed for the spread:

1 tablespoon milk
1 egg yolk
