Ingredients
For the ground:
2 eggs
100 g sugar
100 ml neutral vegetable oil
150 g wheat flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1 pinch of salt
For the peach and sour cream mixture:
1 egg
75 g sugar
400 g sour cream (2 cups)
1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
1 large can of peaches
Cinnamon to sprinkle
Instructions
Preheat the oven and drain the peaches.
For the ground:
Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy
Add oil while stirring constantly
