Summer cake with watermelon and raspberries

ZA DACQUOISE KORU:

4 egg whites

a pinch of salt

100 g of crystal sugar

120 g of finely ground almonds

120 g of powdered sugar

FOR THE WATERMELON:

2-3 slices of watermelon 1 cm thick

1 tablespoon of sugar

1 tablespoon of orange blossom extract

FOR THE CREAM:

600 g of sweet cream

1 vanilla sugar

1 Ground gelatin

3-4 tablespoons of powdered sugar

1 tablespoon of orange blossom extract

FOR DECORATION:

250 g raspberry

20 g of pistachios

1 tablespoon of raspberry jam
