Sugar-free apple pie: the fragrant and delicious dessert to try

Ingredients:

2 eggs
3 large golden apples
1 lemon
50g of sunflower oil
150 g of Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
90 g of type 2 flour
8 g of baking powder
80 g of raisins
8 almonds

Preparation:

  1. Start mixing the eggs with lemon zest, honey and yogurt.
  2. Cut the apples into thin slices and mix with the lemon juice.
  3. Then also add the oil to the dough and then continue with flour, yeast, raisins and apples.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold and cover with some chopped almonds.
  5. Bake at 180° for 50 minutes.
