How to make sugar cookies without butter
In a bowl, mix the sugar with salt, vanilla extract, egg and cornstarch. Get a creamy mixture.
Dilute with olive oil, then add yogurt, flour and baking powder.
Mix until a dough forms, then fold with your hands to obtain the dough.
Cut pieces of dough and roll them into strands. Cross each strand to form a braid, as shown in the video.
Cut each braid in half to create smaller cookies.
Dip the cookies in sugar and bake them in a static oven at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
Dip both sides of the braids into the melted chocolate.
