Stuffed peppers with couscous

Ingredients

250 g instant couscous
Salt
pepper
4 
 small red peppers

400 –500 g fresh spinach
150 g sheep’s cheese
1 
 small onion
2 tbsp olive oil

250 g minced beef
Maggi seasoning mix “Fried meat” with pepper
Lemon juice
300 ml vegetable broth Maggi Natur Bio
1 pack of Maggi Spaghetti Napoli

Instructions

Put the couscous in a flat dish and pour 250 ml of boiling water over it. Leave to swell for about 10 minutes, occasionally fluffing it up with a fork.
