Stuffed peppers with cheese from the oven

Ingredients

2 red peppers
200 g ground beef
100 ml broth
½ carrot(s)

1 small can(s) of corn, approx. 140 g
1 spring onion(s)
1 onion(s)
100 g cheese, grated
50 g butter

Paprika powder
Salt and pepper
Paprika powder, rose-hot
basil

preparation

First, dice 2/3 of the onion and cut the rest into slices. Clean the carrot and spring onion and cut into thin slices.
