Streuseltaler with lemon glaze according to grandma’s recipe

Ingredients

For the dough:
110 g milk
40 g sugar
20 g fresh yeast cubes

260 g wheat flour type 550
40 g butter in pieces
1 egg size M
1 pinch of salt

For the crumbles:
170 g flour
45 g sugar
25 g homemade vanilla sugar

110 g butter cold, in pieces
For the casting:
150 g icing sugar
15 g lemon juice
15g water​

Instructions

Put the lukewarm milk, sugar and yeast into the bowl of the food processor and stir well until the yeast has dissolved.
