Streusel cake with pudding according to grandma’s recipe

Ingredients

Ingredients for the dough:
350 g flour type 405
20 g yeast
100 ml lukewarm milk

60g butter​
1 piece of eggs size M
30 g sugar
pinch of salt

For the filling:
1 litre milk
2 packets of vanilla pudding powder for cooking

Ingredients for the crumbles:
100 g flour
100 g sugar
125g butter​
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Preparation of the dough:
Place the flour in a large bowl and make a well in the middle.
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk (32 degrees) and add sugar. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
