Ingredients:
300 ml thick whipped cream
40g icing sugar
5 ml vanilla extract
15 g gelatin powder
60 ml boiling water
220 g soft cream cheese
400 g sweetened condensed milk
15g lemon zest
30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
350 g strawberries – finely diced
250g strawberry jam
400 g vanilla cake (you can also use store-bought)
For the cover:
Strawberry topping
fresh strawberries
Preparation:
Trim the edges of the vanilla cake, then cut into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
Cover the bottom and side plates with plastic wrap, leaving an overhang on the sides. I used a glass bowl measuring 28 x 18 x 5 cm.
Mix diced strawberries and strawberry jam.
Stir gelatin into cold water.
