Strawberry Tiramisu Roll with Ladyfingers – Quick to make

Ingredients

150 ml hot coffee
3 tbsp Amaretto
20 ladyfingers
200g mascarpone​

300 g cream
50 g sugar
1 packet of cream stiffener
1 packet of vanilla sugar
approx. 300 g strawberries

For decoration:
5 fresh strawberries
100 g cream
Cocoa powder for sprinkling

Instructions

First, brew the coffee and add a good shot of Amaretto.
Line a board or small baking sheet with double layers of cling film.
