Strawberry tart with vanilla cream

Cooking utensils
1 round 26 cm tart tin with removable base
Legumes for blind baking
Baking paper

Ingredients

For the shortcrust pastry:
125 g icing sugar
1 egg size M
150g butter​
250 g flour
1 pinch of salt

For the vanilla cream:
250 ml milk
1/2 packet vanilla pudding powder For cooking
1 tablespoon sugar

For covering:
500 g strawberries
1 small packet of red cake icing
