Strawberry tart: the recipe for simple and irresistible sweets

Preparation:

In a saucepan, mix strawberries, sugar and lemon juice. Bring to the boil and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Dissolve the starch in the water, then pour the mixture into the pot and cook for another 2 minutes until it thickens.
Turn off the heat and let it cool.

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and gradually add the sugar. Then add the egg yolks.
Mix the flour and yeast, sift and work into the dough.

Finally, mix the lemon juice and grated peel.
Pour the dough onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread it out well.
Bake for 25 minutes at 160°.

Allow to cool and cut out cake slices (approx. 7 cm diameter).
Beat the butter for 5 minutes until fluffy, then add the condensed milk until it forms a cream.

Moisten the dough discs and then fill them with the buttercream-strawberry mixture.
Spread the cream on the outside of the cakes. Then cover with crumbled cake scraps.
Decorate, dust with icing sugar and serve
