Strawberry spaghetti ice cream cake recipe

Cut the cooled sponge cake once. Spread the first base thinly with the cream, cover with the lightly sugared strawberries and spread with about a third of the cream. Place the second layer on top and spread the cake all over. Pour the rest of the cream into a piping

bag with a small hole attachment and pipe it onto the cake as spaghetti.
Puree the strawberry jam, put it on the cake and sprinkle with the white chocolate flakes.
