Strawberry slices from the tray

Ingredients

For the sponge cake:
4 eggs (size M)
210 g sugar
2 packets of vanilla sugar
60 g cornstarch
90 g spelt flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder

For the filling:
7 sheets of gelatine
500 g strawberries
600 g sour cream
1/2 juice of lemon
300 g whipped cream
60 g icing sugar

Instructions

For the sponge cake:
Separate the eggs.
Beat egg whites with sugar and vanilla sugar until stiff.
Add egg yolk and stir.
